A Letter from the Superintendent, Kevin Worthy

  • October 2020

We are proud to share our 3rd annual Royse City ISD Community Scorecard. This journey began in the Fall of 2017 with the Community Advisory Committee and a mission to discover what matters most to our community when it comes to education.

In the end, 19 areas of interest rose to the top. Each year we publish this scorecard to report on those specific indicators showing you both performance and progress over time. As our district grows, so will the reporting areas as we continually seek community input.

I am proud to be a resident of the Royse City ISD community and for the opportunity to lead a district that I love. This report is designed to share who we are as a district and the ways that we are working to be the very best we can be for Royse City ISD students, staff and taxpayers.

    Kevin Worthy
    Superintendent of Schools
