Capturing Kids Hearts
The goal of Capturing Kids’ Hearts is to positively impact the culture and climate in Royse City ISD through building relationships and pursuing positive connections where every student and staff member feels seen, valued, heard, and supported socially and emotionally.
Capturing Kid's Hearts is:
A process for building high-performing and self-managing teams across campuses and in classrooms
Based on building relational capacity to improve campus and classroom culture as well as student performance, attendance, and discipline
